In Spain, a Catholic pilgrimage can see school or church groups ascend to the heights of the monastery at Montserrat, explore the Convent of Saint Teresa in Avila or the Shrine of St. Ignatius in Loyola and, like so many before, follow the Christian pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela and walk the “Way of Saint James”. By contrast, customized mission or service trips to Costa Rica, Mexico or Peru can also include meetings (or even home-stays) with local school or church groups, which are often an unforgettable highlight of our Catholic pilgrimages around the globe.
