12 Photos From The High School Honors Performance Series at Carnegie Hall

The High School Honors Performance Series at Carnegie Hall took place February 4-8 in New York City. The Honors Performance Series challenges elite students to perform at their very best as they rehearse and perform under master conductors. They also have the opportunity to perform in front of invited representatives from collegiate and professional music programs. In addition to performing, students experience the best New York City has to offer, from sights to the performing arts.

The 2016 High School Honors Performance Series featured students from 49 U.S. states, 4 provinces of Canada, Armenia, China, Guam, Mexico, Oman, the Philippines, Qatar, South Korea, and the UAE. When they weren’t rehearsing or performing, they had a blast exploring New York City—and documenting the experience!

It’s hard to beat the view from Top of the Rock.

This group carried their banner with them to Top of the Rock for a great photo op!

The banner also made an appearance at Rockefeller Plaza!

The foggy weather provided a different sort of view in Central Park. It snowed while we were there!
