Meet our Global Academic Team

These dedicated curriculum consultants create customized academic engagements to meet any curriculum need for our Higher Ed Custom Programs! Each member of our Global Academic Team collaborates with companies, NGOs, schools, governments, and WorldStrides’ extensive network of professional contacts – acting as a bridge between faculty and professional partners (and even students, too).

Meet the team of Global Curriculum Coordinators who bring these real-world interactions to life.

Lisel Bruscia leads the Global Academic Team and the Operations team. Her teams support our university clients with all aspects of their educational travel, from academic content to the program’s logistical needs. Since 2003, she has held a variety of pivotal roles within WorldStrides, overseeing the development of special programs for elite students, and leading the on-tour operation team, ensuring the safety and security of over 100,000 students worldwide.
Kelly Bryant leads many of the Global Academic Team’s strategies, and manages a team of Global Curriculum Coordinators Prior to joining our team, Kelly worked in business-to-consumer brand marketing in a role where she focused on consumer promotions, emerging business trends, and corporate branding. Kelly has extensive experience working and traveling with Executive MBA and MBA clients, most recently in Vietnam, Hungary, Czech Republic, Germany and Greece.

Craig Cuddeback brings decades of experience as an entrepreneur and entrepreneurial consulting to his role at WorldStrides. In this role, his extensive international business development, marketing, thought leadership events, and sales experience in both B2B and B2C companies required collaborating with researchers, executives, investors, faculty, students, and government officials in a broad array of industries to meet aggressive growth goals.
Rebecca Judis is manager of a consulting practice assisting government, SME, and Fortune 500 organizations from around the globe forging strategic alliances for global growth. Previously, Rebecca served as VP of the World Congress on Information Technology, where she was responsible for international business development and traveled to and hosted leaders from 84 countries.

Though Matt Jordan is from the United States, he currently lives in Brazil, working as a commercial realtor, English teacher for executives, and business professor. He brings more than 20 years of experience in large and small corporations to his role, including experiences as an English professor for the United States Information Agency in Senegal and a corporate trainer and consultant for a major credit card processing company in the U.S.
Prior to joining the WorldStrides team, Rachel Ruppert worked for Hilton Hotels and Resorts, as well as the Boar’s Head Resort and Spa. In those positions, Rachel was in the sales and catering office, where she specialized in weddings, corporate meetings, and events for non-profits and PanHellenic organizations. Rachel completed her MBA with a concentration in International Business from the University of Florida.

Meaghan Shea previously earned degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice concentrated in International Relations from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, during which time she studied in the United Kingdom and traveled extensively throughout Europe. She ignited a passion for education abroad while studying in Europe and has furthered that passion both personally and professionally through her work with WorldStrides.
Prior to joining the WorldStrides team, Delaney Downs worked as a project manager at a construction and manufacturing firm. Delaney holds a BSBA in marketing from Christopher Newport University, located in Newport News, VA. She ignited a passion for education abroad when she earned the opportunity to study at the University of Oxford for a summer program on social entrepreneurship.

Rebecca Letbetter earned her BS in Hospitality Management and her MBA from James Madison University. She ignited a passion for education abroad while on a WorldStrides program to Estonia and Denmark, and has continued to ignite that passion both personally and professionally through her work with WorldStrides. She has also traveled through Italy, France, Spain and the Caribbean.
Ana Rosefsky was born and raised in Argentina, and has a degree from the International School of Tourism, Hospitality and Gastronomy (Mendoza, Argentina). She has extensive experience working as a guide and tour leader in South America. Since moving to the United States in 2012, Ana has worked in hospitality management. Her travels include South and Central America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Prior to joining the WorldStrides team, Wallis Milam worked as a secondary English teacher. Wallis holds a BA in Public Relations from Virginia Tech, located in Blacksburg, Virginia. She developed a passion for study abroad when she studied international business for a semester in Lugano, Switzerland. She has traveled extensively throughout Europe. Her passion for education abroad was fostered during her time studying abroad, coupled with her time in the classroom where she saw the positive impact that studying abroad had on students.
