We’ll help you think through all the details, write the proposal, and execute the trip:
• Propose and develop a tour that stays within your school budget
• Select a destination that fits within your time constraints
• Provide complete performance information including dates, locations, and venue specifications
• Arrange for clinics, workshops, and festivals with professional musicians
• Arrange for guest speakers and or motivational speakers
• Schedule additional performances and school exchanges
• Assistance in the application process for bowl games, parades, and special events
• Work with our industry partners and vendors to assure quality transportation, accommodations, meals, educational experiences, and some fun along the way
• Provide meeting assistance with Boosters, Parent Groups, and School Boards
• Provide fundraising activities
