Robin Solovey Fisher, MS, PHR, SHRM-CP, joined WorldStrides in February 2022 to lead the HR team. Prior to WorldStrides, Fisher spent 13 years of her HR career in higher education, both at VCU Health and the University of Virginia. Fisher’s CV also includes HR and management stints at ACAC Fitness & Wellness Centers, Macy’s South and the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA). Before HR, Fisher served as a Senior Communications Manager at the AJGA and began her professional career at Disney’s Wide World of Sports in Kissimmee, FL, as a Marketing Assistant after she pursed her master’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College (R-MWC) where she was a three-sport division III athlete (swimming, tennis and field hockey). She spent her junior year at the College of William and Mary as visiting scholar and was a member of the club crew team.
