Culture, shopping, and scenery beckon as you make your way through the first permanent settlement in Iceland’s history. You’ll explore the boutiques and cafes of Laugavegur, walk along the grounds of Iceland’s “White House,” and catch a glimpse of history at the Hofdi House, where Reagan and Gorbachev held their famous summit in 1986. Finally, you’ll take in the beauty of the city and its surrounding mountains from the viewing deck at the Hallgrimskirkja Church.

Visit the Football Association of Iceland's headquarters and enjoy a presentation on Icelandic football and the rise of the Icelandic national team in recent years. Participate in a question-and-answer session, followed by a tour of the National Stadium if availability permits.

Participate in a special coaching clinic with a guest coach, player or instructor. The clinic will be designed exclusively for the team and to enhance skills in areas identified by the coaching staff.

Get a little taste of everything Icelandic on this varied tour which includes two geothermal sites, dramatic coastlines, and quaint, historic towns. Half the attraction of this tour is the beautiful scenery you pass, starting with the endless lava fields and the charming towns you pass through.

Experience all the geological diversity that Iceland has to offer with a visit to the Tingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that falls on a rift between two tectonic plates. Then make your way to the Great Geysir, watch the Hvítá river disappear into the earth at the Gullfoss waterfall, and watch the Strokkur erupt.

Attend a professional soccer match. Seeing international players compete in person would itself be unforgettable, but add the passionate crowds singing, cheering and chanting and you will enter an atmosphere that can only be understood through personal experience. Please note that this activity is subject to availability as it is based on the league’s fixture list at the dates the group is traveling.
