    General

Are there behavior standards that travelers are required to follow during the program and what happens when a participant breaches the rules?

WorldStrides' Code of Conduct outlines the rules of behavior that all program participants are expected to follow. These rules are in place to create a learning environment where all program participants feel safe and respected and to help create an overall positive program experience for the group and host community. Where additional venue specific rules are in place, program participants will be informed of those rules separately. Program Leaders and Directors are responsible for enforcing WorldStrides' Code of Conduct as well as any school rules that apply during the program. If a program participant breaches the Code of Conduct, the Program Leader or Director will decide on the appropriate disciplinary action, which may include, but is not limited to, removing the program participant from certain program activities and/or sending the program participant home early at the program  participant's expense. Disciplinary action will always be communicated to a minor participant's parent or guardian. By registering for or joining a WorldStrides program, all program participants as well as their parents and guardians agree that the participant will abide by the Code of Conduct. EZ Pay helps eliminate monthly handling fees. If applicable, payment plan information is detailed in your trip letter or in your registration portal.
