Chief Information Officer
Jamie Williams is the Chief Information Officer of WorldStrides, the global leader in experiential learning. With extensive CIO experience, he has successfully led the technology function for companies in diverse industries and of various sizes from growth stages to large public companies. Notably, he has been CIO of multiple companies including Rogers Communications, Coolsys and Alterra Mountain Company. As CIO of Alterra, he had the opportunity to build and launch the IKON Pass product that reshaped the North American ski industry. While at Rogers, Jamie led a significant digital transformation which dramatically improved the customer experience at the Canadian communication and media company. Jamie has also previously held Senior IT leadership positions at Sprint and Dish Network.
Jamie holds an MS in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Jamie lives in Colorado with his wife and two children. He enjoys running, skiing, hiking, mountain biking and climbing Colorado’s 14ers.
