Versailles
Discover Versailles

Board High Speed Train to Switzerland
Speed to the picturesque city of Lausanne, on the banks of placid Lake Geneva in the shadow of the Alps. Your Tour Director leads you on a walking tour of the city.
Day 6 :
Montreux-Broc-Château De Chillon
Visit Montreux
Enjoy an excursion to the chic mountain resort of Montreux.
Discover Broc
Tour the Broc chocolate factory and learn the process of chocolate manufacturing.
Explore the Chillon Castle
See this island castle located on Lake Geneva.
Day 7 :
Strasbourg
Journey to Strasbourg
Travel north to Strasbourg, a cosmopolitan mix of German and French influence and language.
Guided Tour of Strasbourg
With a local guide, marvel at the steep roofs and carved wooden facades of the Petite France Old Tanners' district. Wave to the apostles that troop out of the giant clock above the massive Romanesque cathedral, while cruising the city's canals.
Day 8 :
Heidelberg

Visit the ancient medieval German city of Heidelberg. Heidelberg is home to one of Europe's oldest universities, an educational institute that has seen many academic achievements, including spectrum analysis. Witness the convergence of architectural styles at the Heidelberg Castle.
Day 9 :
Champagne-Reims
Travel to Champagne
Journey to the birthplace of the popular bubbly and see how the famous drink is made. Visit an authentic Maison de Champagne.

Discover the Cathedral of Reims, built of blocks of golden limestone from the very quarries used to age the region's namesake drink.

Up to Three College Credits Included with this Program
Through our Discovery for Credit Program, students traveling on an international WorldStrides program have the opportunity to earn academic credit by completing an online course that allows them to reflect upon many of the themes and topics explored during their travel program. Those in grades 6–12 at the time of travel can earn free elective high school credit upon successful completion of both the travel program and online course. Through our university partner, George Mason University, eligible students in grades 9-12 at the time of travel can earn up to three college credits upon successful completion of both the travel program and online course. Students who earn credit with WorldStrides will find this distinguishes them as online learners and gives them a jump-start on their path to a successful higher education experience.
