Introduce your students to the unique history and lively culture of St. Louis! Your group can look forward to admiring the iconic Gateway Arch and exploring the St. Louis Zoo and the interactive playground at the City Museum. Your students will also visit the Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis to admire the country’s largest collection of mosaic art and discover the thrilling interactive exhibits at the St. Louis Science Center.

Famed for its beautiful park setting and world-class natural exhibits, this 90-acre zoo is home to more than 14,000 animals, many of them rare or endangered.

St. Louis Science Center visit
Named a Smithsonian Affiliate in 2016, the award-winning Science Center immerses guests in discovery with hundreds of hands-on exhibits, an OMNIMAX® Theater that is one of only nine IMAX® Dome with Laser theaters in the world, and the largest artificial sky in the Western Hemisphere at the James S. McDonnell Planetarium.
The Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis visit
The Cathedral houses the largest collection of mosaic art in the Western Hemisphere. Its lower level features the Mosaic Museum, which includes the original Kilgen organ console, the throne used by Pope John Paul II during his visit, and a collection of historic vestments and sacred objects from Church rites.

Gateway Arch Riverfront visit
As the nation’s tallest monument, the Gateway Arch has welcomed visitors for fifty years with its iconic, awe-inspiring shape. Designed by renowned architect Eero Saarinen, it honors Thomas Jefferson’s vision and St. Louis’s role in the westward expansion of the United States.

Journey to the Top - Arch Tram Rides
This unique tram will take you 630 feet up to the top of the tallest monument in the United States...The Gateway Arch.
Old Courthouse visit
Tour historic courtrooms, the site of the landmark Dred Scott cases of 1847 and 1850 and the Virginia Minor case of 1872, to learn about the nation’s judicial history.

City Museum Visit - St. Louis
Embrace adventure at the City Museum, an eclectic space that uses repurposed materials to bring out your sense of play. Built in a former warehouse by a trained sculptor, the immersive exhibits ask visitors to climb, crawl, and walk — no maps allowed!

At program sign-up you can opt to pay in full, or break up the cost of your trip with the Advantage Payment Plan. This plan allows you to pay a small initial deposit, then have your remaining payments spread out into affordable monthly amounts.

Fundraising Tools
Our easy-to-use tools put students in the driver's seat of their own fundraising efforts. Students can send e-cards, share links on social media, and even send out printed letters through WorldStrides' Gift of Education program. In one click friends and family members can make a direct donation to the trip - with 100% of the money raised going to offset their trip price. Thousands of students pay for their entire trip each year through the Gift of Education.
