Bringing LEAP® to Life

Learners that participate in a WorldStrides program tackle exciting, tailor-made activities and challenges, enjoy guided explorations, and participate in discussions that require deeper engagement with the world around them. This is LEAP—Learning through Exploration and Active Participation®.

The WorldStrides Difference

Personal Reflection

LEAP fosters growth in students that can be seen far beyond the walls of the classrooms. Our learners develop self-confidence and individual accountability skills by participating in meaningful reflections with their fellow students throughout their program.

Expanded Worldview

LEAP encourages students to stretch their minds by taking learning into the real world where curiosity is reignited at every turn. The non-traditional context of lessons shared through LEAP create unique opportunities for cooperative learning.

Experiential Learning

LEAP activities spark engagement and interaction with the real world that surrounds students during their programs by incorporating immersive activities and challenges.

Taking the LEAP

LEAP is for everyone. Soccer players traveling with WorldStrides learn new skills from coaches and fellow players from around the world. Young musicians hone their skills under the baton of master conductors. Faith-based groups come together to forge greater connections with the world around them.
