Discover Bilbao, a vibrant port city where Basque culture, mountain landscapes, and contemporary design collide. This interdisciplinary program at Universidad de Deusto (UD) allows you to earn credits in Spanish language, business, STEM, or liberal arts while exploring Spain’s unique regional identity. Courses are offered in English and Spanish and are open to students of all language levels, with opportunities to improve your Spanish in and out of the classroom. You’ll study alongside local and international students, learning from professors who integrate Bilbao’s cultural richness, experiential learning, and innovation into the curriculum. Those with advanced Spanish language skills can also explore internships for credit through UD's course catalog.

Home Away from Home
After you've applied, you'll complete a housing questionnaire that will help us match your preferences with the available options. Housing assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis, so complete this form as soon as you're able! We strive to match your housing preferences as best we can, but requests cannot be guaranteed.
The options listed below are based on double-occupancy with another international student, unless otherwise noted. Single rooms may be available upon request for an additional fee. Meals and laundry service are not included unless otherwise specified. All utilities and internet are included, though you may be charged an additional fee should your consumption exceed the allotted monthly amount. A refundable security deposit may be required for some options.
