Immerse yourself in the vibrant culture, historic neighborhoods, and artistic energy of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Designed for students at intermediate to advanced levels of Spanish, this summer program at the Universidad de Belgrano combines advanced Spanish language study with courses in Latin American literature and civilization—all taught entirely in Spanish by local faculty. You’ll be joined by international students as you sharpen your speaking, reading, and writing skills and gain deeper insight into the region’s cultural landscape. All participants will complete an online placement exam prior to arrival to ensure you're matched with the right level of instruction and course offerings.

We'll also host an in-depth orientation when you arrive to help you navigate the city, university, and your new home – all included in your program. Whether you're learning to tango, exploring historic museums, or enjoying a traditional asado on a countryside estancia, this program blends language learning with unforgettable cultural experiences.

Home Away from Home
After you've applied, you'll complete a housing questionnaire that will help us match your preferences with the available options. Housing assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis, so complete this form as soon as you're able! We strive to match your housing preferences as best we can, but requests cannot be guaranteed.
The options listed below are based on double-occupancy with another international student, unless otherwise noted. Single rooms may be available upon request for an additional fee. Meals and laundry service are not included unless otherwise specified. All utilities and internet are included, though you may be charged an additional fee should your consumption exceed the allotted monthly amount. A refundable security deposit may be required for some options.
