You'll have the option to enroll in Spanish language and Latin American political, social, and cultural courses at the Universidad de Belgrano. Courses are taught by local Argentinian faculty and include students from around the world, creating a dynamic and immersive environment. If you're looking to level up your Spanish quickly, opt for an early start program, which includes an intensive month of Spanish language courses prior to the start of the semester. Spanish language courses are designed to strengthen your speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills—whether you're just beginning or advancing to the next level.

Located in the charming Belgrano neighborhood of Buenos Aires, the Universidad de Belgrano (UB) offers an urban campus experience surrounded by parks, embassies, and residential charm. Just a short subway or bus ride from the city center, UB is one of Argentina’s most respected private universities, known for its academic excellence and commitment to global engagement. Experience a university that blends academic rigor with cultural immersion, encouraging you to engage with both the classroom and the vibrant city of Buenos Aires.
Semester students can choose from a wide range of English- and Spanish-taught courses in business, international relations, Latin American studies, Spanish language, and more. Summer students will dive into Spanish-taught Latin American studies courses.
You'll study alongside local Argentine students and other international peers in dynamic, discussion-based classes led by experienced faculty.
UB offers special cultural seminars and optional Spanish language workshops designed to help international students deepen their understanding of Argentina’s society and history.
Enjoy a well-equipped campus with access to computer labs, a large library, sports facilities, a theater, cafeteria, and plenty of inviting study and lounge spaces.

Excursions & Activities

Home Away from Home
During the application process, we'll share more detailed information on your housing options to help you decide which one is right for you. You'll complete a housing questionnaire and preference form in your student portal, and we'll do our best to match your housing preferences, but requests cannot be guaranteed. In many cases, housing is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to complete this form early. All of our housing options include internet and utilities. Please note that some options may require a refundable security deposit.
