Wake up in Madrid and start your day with café con leche before heading to class at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M), where you’ll study business, engineering, and the social sciences in a city that pulses with culture and history. At UC3M, you'll choose from a wide range of English-taught courses in communications, international studies, journalism, politics, and STEM fields, including engineering and math. Classes are taught in English by host university faculty and offered alongside local Spanish and international students. The university’s Getafe campus, located just southwest of the city center, is easily accessible via a short commuter train ride (Cercanías). Whether you’re deepening your understanding of global economics or exploring European policy, you’ll benefit from a top-ranked academic setting in one of Europe’s most vibrant capitals.

Home Away from Home
After you've applied, you'll complete a housing questionnaire that will help us match your preferences with the available options. Housing assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis, so complete this form as soon as you're able! We strive to match your housing preferences as best we can, but requests cannot be guaranteed.
The options listed below are based on double-occupancy with another international student, unless otherwise noted. Single rooms may be available upon request for an additional fee. Meals and laundry service are not included unless otherwise specified. All utilities and internet are included, though you may be charged an additional fee should your consumption exceed the allotted monthly amount. A refundable security deposit may be required for some options.
