This flexible academic program allows you to take business, culture, and language courses in either English or Spanish at the prestigious Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (UAI), home to one of Latin America’s top business schools. Whether you're just beginning your Spanish language journey or ready to join local Chilean students in advanced-level coursework, this program is designed to meet you where you are.
Choose from courses taught in English or improve your Spanish proficiency through intensive language courses. Advanced students may enroll directly in Spanish-taught classes with Chilean peers, while students at the beginner or intermediate level can take Spanish courses through UAI’s International Programs Office. No prior Spanish experience is required.

Pair your studies with a community engagement opportunity to earn credit while making a meaningful impact in your host community abroad. Serve alongside a local organization and engage in reflective assignments that deepen your understanding of social issues and enhance your intercultural skills. Home Away from Home
After you've applied, you'll complete a housing questionnaire that will help us match your preferences with the available options. Housing assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis, so complete this form as soon as you're able! We strive to match your housing preferences as best we can, but requests cannot be guaranteed.
The options listed below are based on double-occupancy with another international student, unless otherwise noted. Single rooms may be available upon request for an additional fee. Meals and laundry service are not included unless otherwise specified. All utilities and internet are included, though you may be charged an additional fee should your consumption exceed the allotted monthly amount. A refundable security deposit may be required for some options.
