Study at Mahidol University International College (MUIC), the English-speaking division of the prestigious Mahidol University, located just outside Bangkok. This short summer program offers engaging academic courses taught in English, providing a perfect balance of learning and cultural exploration. Choose from a selection of courses in social sciences and humanities. With Thailand as your home base, enjoy easy access to neighboring countries like Cambodia, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

We’ll help you make the most of your time abroad with immersive excursions and interactive activities throughout your program. We’ll also host an in-depth orientation when you arrive to help you navigate the city, university culture, and your new home – all included in your program. Dive into Thai culture with a hands-on cooking class where you’ll prepare classic dishes after visiting a local market, then step back in time on a day trip to Ayutthaya to explore the ancient ruins of Thailand’s former capital.

Its International College, the first of its kind at a Thai public university, offers all courses in English, creating a vibrant, globally minded learning environment just outside of Bangkok.

You’ll have access to a detailed itinerary in the WorldStrides Connections app prior to your program.

Home Away from Home
After you've applied, you'll complete a housing questionnaire that will help us match your preferences with the available options. Housing assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis, so complete this form as soon as you're able! We strive to match your housing preferences as best we can, but requests cannot be guaranteed.
The options listed below are based on double-occupancy with another international student, unless otherwise noted. Single rooms may be available upon request for an additional fee. Meals and laundry service are not included unless otherwise specified. All utilities and internet are included, though you may be charged an additional fee should your consumption exceed the allotted monthly amount. A refundable security deposit may be required for some options.
