Cliffs Of Moher, Ireland

Nothing can prepare you for the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher. No picture can capture the full extent of its beauty and this extravagant view. It truly is an experience that I think everyone should try to have at least once in their lives: to see Mother Nature at the brink of her potential.

Galway, Ireland, the Saturday before St. Patrick’s Day

Day or night, the community in Ireland is always warm and welcoming. The beautiful colors of their flag greeted us as we shopped throughout the plaza during the day and enjoyed live music at night.

Galway Tour, Ireland

We saw a few other sights on our way to the Cliffs, each and every one had such unique architecture and history. The Dungaire Castle especially stood out to me because of a folklore tradition that the tour guide told us about. It is believed that if you ask one question at the castle, you will receive an answer by midnight (I got my answer). And what better way to end the Galway tour than a beautiful rainbow right through the water!

Dublin, Ireland, the night before St. Patrick’s Day

Now, of course, Dublin was a must on my first trip to Ireland. While we did not spend much time there, we were so curious to see what the famous Temple Bar would look like hours before a grand Irish holiday. It does not show up too well in this picture, but it was packed outside! It was lovely to see all the green outfits and a new country.
