Rich brings a unique blend of experience in product innovation and operational excellence to his role as Chief Product Officer. Rich’s track record of building customer-first solutions using technology includes leading the transformation of the service delivery experience at Frontdoor, developing and launching innovative products at Amazon and Apple, and, most recently, as the Executive Director of USRowing, where he led the sport’s national governing body through a pivotal period of transformation and growth.

Rich earned his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University and his MBA from Columbia Business School. A New Yorker at heart, he and his family now reside in Memphis, Tennessee.
