Travel through distinct eras in French history on this art, history, and language-filled tour. Your students will experience historically important locations, including the Palace of Versailles, the D-Day beaches in Normandy, and the Cathedral St. Vincent in St. Malo. Your class can also look forward to cruising down the Seine, wandering through the iconic collection of the Louvre, and seeing the can’t-miss landmarks of Paris.

Meet your Tour Director
Your 24-hour Tour Director will meet you at the airport and remain with your group until your final airport departure.
Day 4
Mémorial de Caen visit
This contemporary museum for peace in Caen tells the full story of D-Day and explores the impact and legacy of World War II through interactive displays, powerful exhibits, historical artifacts, films, and moving personal stories from survivors.
Day 5
Travel to St. Malo
Pointe du Hoc visit
Stand atop the windswept cliffs of Pointe du Hoc and trace the path of U.S. Army Rangers who scaled its 100-foot face under enemy fire on D-Day. Carved into the earth by fierce combat, this site offers a powerful glimpse into the courage and sacrifice that helped turn the tide of World War II.

Step into the shoes of U.S. servicemen landing in Normandy on D-Day. Learn about their lives and experiences to gain both personal and historical perspective.
Day 6
Mont-Saint-Michel monastery visit
Wander through this medieval monastery’s ancient halls, learn about its stunning Gothic architecture, visit the impressive abbey church, and enjoy panoramic views of the bay’s natural beauty.
Day 7
Travel to Paris
Louvre Museum visit
The world’s largest art museum, the Louvre, is housed in a former medieval fortress and entered through I.M. Pei’s striking glass pyramid. Inside, discover masterpieces like the Mona Lisa, Venus de Milo, and Winged Victory, along with vast collections of Egyptian antiquities, Greek ceramics, and works spanning seven departments. Please note: The Louvre is closed on Tuesdays.

Begin your journey aboard the TGV to the picturesque city of Nice. Explore the principality of Monaco, home to the Prince’s Palace, and visit the cliffside village of Èze, where a traditional parfumerie reveals the artistry behind French fragrance. In Nice, enjoy a guided sightseeing tour that highlights the city’s rich history and coastal charm, from the colorful markets of Vieux Nice to the iconic Promenade des Anglais.

Financial Assistance
WorldStrides provides over $2.5 million in financial assistance each year to thousands of families. Families with annual adjusted gross incomes of less than $85,000 may qualify. One simple call to Customer Service and you’ll know how much may be available for your trip even before signing up. Please note: financial assistance is given on a first-come, first-served basis.

Advantage Payment Plan
At program sign-up you can opt to pay in full, or break up the cost of your trip with the Advantage Payment Plan. This plan allows you to pay a small initial deposit, then have your remaining payments spread out into affordable monthly amounts.

We offer an EZPay option, which is a simple way to pay for your WorldStrides program by scheduling hassle-free, automatic drafts from your checking account. With EZPay, you'll never be late or miss an installment.
Fundraising Tools
Our easy-to-use tools put students in the driver's seat of their own fundraising efforts. Students can send e-cards, share links on social media, and even send out printed letters through WorldStrides' Gift of Education program. In one click friends and family members can make a direct donation to the trip - with 100% of the money raised going to offset their trip price. Thousands of students pay for their entire trip each year through the Gift of Education.
