Program Dates
Overview
Step onto the prestigious Isaac Stern Auditorium/ Ronald O. Perelman Stage of Carnegie Hall in New York City for the performance of a lifetime at the National Band and Orchestra Festival! Students will grow as performers through insightful feedback from internationally acclaimed music professionals. This program includes a visit to the Statue of Liberty or the Empire State Building and a Broadway show.
Itinerary
Day 1
Travel to New York City
Orientation Session
Get your bearings with a brief orientation session and then hit the town! We can help you select the best dinner option for your group.
Day 2
Included Sightseeing Activity
Your package includes admission to your choice of one of the following: The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, the Empire State Building, 9/11 Museum, One World Trade Center, or Top of the Rock!
Broadway show performance
Immerse yourself in the magic of live theater and the vibrant culture of New York City as you attend a world-class Broadway performance and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Day 3
Sightseeing in the morning
Depending on your stage time, you have the morning to get in any last sightseeing activities you haven’t done yet, like Chinatown, the High Line, or the Financial District.
Performance at Carnegie Hall
Show time! Step onto the stage in the main hall, the Isaac Stern Auditorium/Ronald O. Perelman Stage, as you and your students perform at Carnegie Hall!
Day 4
More sightseeing or optional activities
Do a Broadway workshop, visit the American Museum of Natural History, check out the Hip Hop Museum, or stop by Radio City Music Hall.

Payment Plans
Advantage Payment Plan
At program sign-up you can opt to pay in full, or break up the cost of your trip with the Advantage Payment Plan. This plan allows you to pay a small initial deposit, then have your remaining payments spread out into affordable monthly amounts.

Fundraising Tools
Our easy-to-use tools put students in the driver's seat of their own fundraising efforts. Students can send e-cards, share links on social media, and even send out printed letters through WorldStrides' Gift of Education program. In one click friends and family members can make a direct donation to the trip - with 100% of the money raised going to offset their trip price. Thousands of students pay for their entire trip each year through the Gift of Education.
