With extensive CEO experience, David has successfully led companies in diverse industries from startups to growth stages. Notably, he has been CEO of multiple companies, including Weight Watchers, Snap Kitchen, and iFly. As CEO of Weight Watchers, he had the opportunity to contribute to this mission-driven company in various roles for 13 years. He spearheaded the development of their digital platform and the modernization of their nutrition program. While at Weight Watchers, David wrote the New York Times bestselling book Weight Loss Boss. He has also helped multiple companies complete successful transformations as a Partner and Managing Director at BCG.

David holds an MBA with High Honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering from Duke University. David was born in Washington D.C. and now lives in Austin, Texas. He considers himself a fitness nut and enjoys all that his adopted, fast-paced city has to offer.
