Paul Jenkins

As General Counsel, Paul is the Chief Legal Officer of WorldStrides. His wide-ranging portfolio of responsibilities includes supervising legal matters regarding global acquisition growth, managing the organization’s risks, and coordinating daily legal matters with every part of the organization.
Paul began his legal career as an active-duty Judge Advocate in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps. His wide range of assignments included work in the Office of Legal Counsel at the United States Naval Academy and prosecuting high-profile terrorists in the Office of Military Commissions. Outside the military, Paul went on to work as Director of Operations for the Virginia Women’s Institute for Leadership at Mary Baldwin University, where he oversaw co-curricular and military instructional components of the program. Today, he continues to proudly serve as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps Reserves.
Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism at James Madison University, his JD at Catholic University, and his Master of Laws degree at George Washington University. He lives in Charlottesville, Virginia with his wife and two daughters.
