Day 5 : Monaco-Eze
Explore Monaco

Monaco's 370 acres pack in plenty of grandeur. Sights include the palace of Prince Rainier, the Casino de Monte Carlo, and the Cathedrale de Monaco, where actress/princess Grace Kelly is buried.

Take in scenic views of the blue Mediterranean from this charming hilltop village. Explore the cobblestone streets and vibrate colors and culture of the town.

Day 6 : Pisa
Visit Pisa

Witness the most famous battle between architecture and Mother Nature, the Leaning Tower of Pisa. With a 13-foot discrepancy between top and bottom, the tower has been shifting in the soil since its initiation in 1173.

See the immense size and beauty of the Duomo, the magnificence of Ghiberti's Baptistry doors, and the tiny shops on the Ponte Vecchio. A visit inside the Accademia includes Michelangelo's David. Day 8 : Florence-Rome

Day 9 : Rome
See Vatican City with a local guide

This morning, visit the Vatican with a local guide. Marvel at the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel before moving up the broad steps of the world's largest Christian church, St. Peter's Basilica.

Enjoy a walking tour

Continue through Rome for a walking tour to the Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and the Trevi Fountain, still fed by water from a first-century Roman aqueduct.

Day 10 : Return Home OR Extend your Stay

Our rewarding and enjoyable tour comes to an end as our Tour Director accompanies us to the airport on our final day. Or, opt to stay longer.

    Yes. The safety and security of our traveling teachers and students is our top priority, and one measure we take to ensure this safety, and support, is through Tour Central. Tour Central is staffed by WorldStrides employees and is available 24/7 for all traveling groups. Tour Central is there to assist you with any questions or problems that may arise—no matter how big or how small. The staff is specially trained to monitor events domestically and around the world, and has dozens of contingency plans in place to help us jump into action when necessary. The Tour Central number for your group is printed on the WorldStrides name badges that are given to all our travelers for easy access should you need it. This is just one of the many measures that we take to ensure that your trip really is the experience of a lifetime.

Up to Three College Credits Included with this Program

Through our Discovery for Credit Program, students traveling on an international WorldStrides program have the opportunity to earn academic credit by completing an online course that allows them to reflect upon many of the themes and topics explored during their travel program. Those in grades 6–12 at the time of travel can earn free elective high school credit upon successful completion of both the travel program and online course. Through our university partner, George Mason University, eligible students in grades 9-12 at the time of travel can earn up to three college credits upon successful completion of both the travel program and online course. Students who earn credit with WorldStrides will find this distinguishes them as online learners and gives them a jump-start on their path to a successful higher education experience.
