Day 1 Depart from North America
  • Flight to Paris Relax and enjoy your scheduled flight from North America.
Day 2 Arrive in Paris
  • Welcome to France! Fly overnight to Paris – France’s answer to the “city that never sleeps”
Day 3 Discover Paris
  • Explore Paris with a Local Guide From the romantic cafés surrounding the Arc de Triomphe to the sweeping Champs-Élysées, the Eiffel Tower, and Les Invalides, join a local guide for a view of the City of Lights. Tour the tremendous Notre Dame Cathedral, home of the fictional hunchback.
  • Visit the Louvre Museum Smile at da Vinci’s Mona Lisa in the Louvre Museum.
  • See Paris from atop the Eiffel Tower Tonight, enjoy breathtaking views from atop the Eiffel Tower.
Day 4 Versailles and Rouen
  • Explore the Palace of Versailles Explore Louis XIV’s decadent Palace of Versailles. Tour the Hall of Mirrors, the royal apartments and the gardens.
  • LEAP Seize the Château!
  • Visit Rouen Visit Rouen, see its famous Cathedral, an inspiration for many Monet paintings.
Day 5 Honfleur and Caen Memorial Museum
  • Discover Honfleur Discover the beautiful port and admire the picturesque medieval houses along the Seine in Honfleur.
  • Explore the Memorial Museum in Caen Explore the Memorial Museum in Caen to learn about the events leading up to, and following, D-Day.
Day 6 Normandy Beaches and Bayeux
  • Explore Normandy Admire Normandy’s striking coastal landscape, the battleground of WWII’s D-Day. At the American Military Cemetery, pause to remember the soldiers. Imagine the extraordinary courage of the U.S Rangers as they climbed the cliffs of the Pointe du Hoc.

  • See the Bayeux Tapestry Marvel at the magnificent Bayeux Tapestry, which depicts the Norman invasion of England in 1066.
  • Continue to St. Malo Continue to the St. Malo area.
Day 7 Mont St. Michel
  • Visit Mont St. Michel On the Breton Coast, wonder at Mont St. Michel, a fortified island full of stone labyrinths, sweeping arches, spiraling stairways, and imposing spires.
  • LEAP Medieval Merriment!
Day 8 Chartres and Paris
  • Visit Chartres Cathedral Admire the interior of Chartres Cathedral as you make your way to Paris. Enjoy lunch in the Loire Valley.
  • Continue to Paris Enjoy your ride across the French countryside.
  • Add on: Farewell Dinner in Paris Tonight, opt to finish your journey with a special dinner in the “City of Lights”.
Day 9 Return Home OR Extend your Stay
  • Flight to the US Our rewarding and enjoyable tour comes to an end as our Tour Director accompanies us to the airport on our final day. Or, opt to extend your stay.
