Day 2 :
Welcome to Scotland!
- Your Lacrosse Tour Begins:
Arrive at Edinburgh Airport where you are met by your 24-hour Tour Director
- Transfer by deluxe coach to your hotel:
Our base for the next three nights will be in the Central Scotland area. Breakfast and dinner
(or lunch) will be included at the hotel. (Central Scotland may include the Glasgow, Edinburgh
or Stirling areas)
- Welcome Meeting and Orientation:
We will begin with a welcome meeting and orientation. Afterwards, enjoy free time to explore
the area around the hotel
- Evening practice session:
Participate in a Training Session at a local field in the central Scotland area. The training
session will be led by your own coaching staff and is designed to prepare the team for
upcoming friendly matches. (Training sessions may be in the morning, afternoon or evening
and will be determined by the final hotel location, field availability, and the schedule of
activities for the day.)

Day 3 :
Travel to Edinburgh

Edinburgh is widely regarded as one of Europe'’s most attractive cities, due primarily to its
impressive medieval and Georgian districts and surrounding Lothian Hills. It is as famous for
the arts as it is for its long and turbulent history. Both the Old and New towns are listed as
UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
- Edinburgh City Tour:
Enjoy an introductory Edinburgh city tour on our own private bus. We will view many of
Edinburgh's most important and distinctive landmarks and attractions, including the
magnificent Royal Mile.
- Edinburgh Castle:
Visit Edinburgh Castle, a place filled with history, legend and lore. Edinburgh Castle
dominates the skyline from its rocky outcrop towering above the jumble of medieval
tenements, a brooding presence gazing down over the gracious Georgian New Town. This
ancient stronghold has history seeping out of the stonework, with an undeniable 'wow' factor. Our visit will include St. Margaret's Chapel, the State Apartments, the Great Hall and the
Crown Chamber, which houses the Honours of Scotland (Scottish Crown Jewels).
- Free time:
Enjoy some free time to explore the sights of Edinburgh or do some shopping to bring home
some mementos from your trip.
- First Friendly Match:
Play an International Friendly Match against a local club or academy team in the central
Scotland area. The team will meet and compete against athletes of similar ages and skill
levels, and have the opportunity to make friends for life. (The teams you will play will be
selected after time of booking and will be based on the specific skill level and requirements of
your team. We have contacts at every level and take great pride in finding the perfect fit for
each friendly match.)

Day 4 :
Explore Stirling & Trossachs

- Stirling:
Today we will travel to Stirling.
The medieval town of Stirling grew up around one of Scotland’'s most important fortresses
and the Old Town is still surrounded by its original 16th century walls. The town served as the
backdrop for one of William Wallace’'s 13th century battles and continued to be of strategic
importance in the Jacobite uprisings.
- Stirling Castle:
View from the outside Stirling Castle, which dates from the Middle Ages and was an
important seat of two kings; James IV and James V. View the Museum of the Argyll and
Sutherland Highlanders. From the castle there is a wonderful view of the Wallace Monument.
- Free time:
Enjoy some free time to explore the sights of Stirling or have some time to shop.
- Loch Lomond Tour:
Known as the Queen of Scottish Lochs the banks of Loch Lomond are amongst the most
enchanting and romantic beauty spots in the British Isles. The largest expanse of fresh water
in great Britain Loch Lomond measures 23 miles long, 5 miles wide and is Scotland's third
deepest Loch at 636 feet deep. The Loch's abundance of wildlife, rich history and
spectacular natural beauty make it one of Scotland's most appealing and enduring visitor
destinations. We will enjoy a casual cruise along the shores.
- Trossachs Tour:
Travel through the spectacular landscape of the Trossachs. This area of rugged mountains,
forests and lochs including Loch Lomond is forever associated with Sir Walter Scott's outlaw
hero, Rob Roy. During our tour we will make several photo stops and take time to admire the
breathtaking Scottish highlands scenery. We will also stop at a Woolen Mills, a perfect
opportunity to purchase items and wool made in Scotland.

Day 5 :
Edinburgh-Galway

- Our journey:
Today we will check out of our hotel and be tranpsorted to the airport. We will take a short flight from Edinburgh to Galway and be transferred to our hotel in Galway.
Our base for the next two nights will be Galway area, where breakfast and dinner will be provided at the hotel.
- Galway:
The historic city of Galway is strongly associated with Gaelic language, music, and dance,
and is one of the most Irish cities in the country. The lively and bustling university town was
very prominent in the Middle Ages, and was the site of a nine-month siege during the
Cromwellian conquest of Ireland. With history, culture, and beautiful surroundings, Galway is
a favorite of visitors to the west coast.

Day 6 :
Game on & Galway

We will play a Friendly Match against a local club or academy team. The team will meet and

- Galway Walking Tour:
Take a Walking Tour of Galway’s city center. We will view many of Galway’s most important
areas and landmarks, including Eyre Square, Shop Street, the Latin Quarter, Lynch’s Castle,
the Collegiate Church of St. Nicholas, the Quays, the Cathedral of St. Nicholas, and the
Spanish Arch.
- Galway Cathedral:
Visit Galway Cathedral, one of the largest and most impressive buildings in the city. The
architecture of the Cathedral draws on many influences. The dome and pillars reflect a
Renaissance style. Other features, including the rose windows and mosaics, echo the broad
tradition of Christian art. The Cathedral dome, at a height of 145ft, is a prominent landmark
on the city skyline

Day 7 :
Exploring Dublin

- The Burren:
Enjoy one of Ireland's and Europe's most interesting and scenic areas, The Burren. Carved by nature from carboniferous limestone, the view manages to be both desolate and beautiful. Sheets of rock jut out and seem to undulate in a kind of moonscape as far as the eye can
see. We will stop to view the unique rock formations, as well as the Poulnabrone Dolmen, a portal tomb dating back to 2500 BC. Somehow delicate wildflowers and curling ferns thrive in this strange landscape that was created 300 million years ago.
- The Cliffs of Mother:
The Cliffs of Moher are sea cliffs located at the southwestern edge of the Burren region in
County Clare, Ireland. They run for about 14 kilometres
- Dublin:
Our base for the next two nights we will be in Dublin, where breakfast and dinner will be
provided at the hotel.
Dublin is a complex small city, whose 19th-century architecture conceals a modern place
filled with trendy shops, pubs, restaurants and boutiques. Long perceived to be stuck in the
past, Dublin has experienced a rebirth that has brought new life to the historic, modern,
charming, and entertaining city. Spend time wandering the Victorian streets, visiting the
incredible churches and museums, exploring the vibrancy of the Temple Bar area, and
discovering why Dublin is one of the most popular destinations for Europeans and the world.

Day 8 :
Newgrange & Third Int'l Friendly Game

A prehistoric monument in County Meath, Ireland, located 8 kilometres west of
Drogheda on the north side of the River Boyne. It is an exceptionally grand passage tomb
built during the Neolithic period, around 3200 BC, making it older than Stonehenge and the
Egyptian pyramids.
- Third Friendly Match:
