International Concert Tour—Director Benefits

At WorldStrides, we greatly appreciate the effort you make in planning a tour and recruiting your group. As a result, we feel it is both appropriate and important that you be rewarded for your efforts.

Free Trip Abroad: Join us at our International Music Convention. Your free trip includes airfare, accommodations, transportation, a welcome reception, sightseeing with a local guide, walking tours with our outstanding Tour Directors, and a farewell gala dinner. Ask your Tour Coordinator how to qualify!

Free Travel: You travel free on your group’s program with a minimum number of participants. This includes your airfare, accommodations, meals, admissions, and transportation.

Cash Stipend: You can earn a $100 stipend for each participant not counted toward a free place on your tour.

Repeat Bonuses: Returning Program Leaders can earn up to $1,000 or 1,000 rewards points depending on the number of full-paying participants.

Single Room on Tour: Every main Program Leader enjoys a single room on tour. If you prefer, you may share a double or twin (or, on occasion, your Tour Coordinator may suggest otherwise for reasons of economy for your group).

Free International Cell Phone: Program Leaders receive a free international cell phone pre-loaded with $10 in calling to use on tour. Travelers can rent phones from the same company, and in most cases, calls between group members are free.

Free Travel Insurance: We include free travel insurance for all free places and Program Leaders.

Free Professional Development Points: Educators can earn up to 35 Professional Development Points, or 3.5 CEUs, on their program. We work with you to identify opportunities in your state and we issue you a transcript.

Family and Faculty Discounts: Up to three family or faculty members qualify for discounts off the program price.

Referral Rewards: Program Leaders could earn up to $1,000 or 1,500 rewards points if they refer a colleague who travels with us.

Pre-Tour Inspection Trip: Music Directors who book by March 31 of the year before they travel and who have a minimum of 60 paying participants registered can choose to take a pre-tour inspection trip to a major city on their itinerary instead of attending a convention. The inspection trip will include round-trip airfare from a major gateway, hotel accommodations, and the opportunity to view the group’s accommodations and prospective venues. If you have 75 or more paying participants registered, you can be accompanied by a guest on your pre-trip inspection.
