- Arlington National Cemetery:
Pay your respects to the hundreds of thousands of brave women and men who sacrificed their lives. Experience the Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, view the Kennedy Gravesites, and pay your respects at the Space Shuttle Challenger Memorial.
- Iwo Jima Memorial:
Think about the inscription, “Uncommon valor was a common virtue,” while you explore this tribute to the U.S. Marines who died while serving our country.
- Pentagon Memorial:
Honors the 184 victims of the September 11 attacks at the Pentagon.
- White House:
(picture stop) Home of the U.S. President.
- Washington Monument:
- Student Inaugural Dance and Social:
An exclusive student celebration with music, dancing, and refreshments.
- Hotel check-in :
Day 2 :
Tuesday, January 19
- Capitol Hill:
Walk the underground tunnels where lawmakers meet, explore the Visitor Center (by appointment), take in the miles of books at the Library of Congress, and sit on the steps of the highest court in the land, the U.S. Supreme Court.
- National Archives:
See the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Declaration of Independence, and understand how they impact our lives today and ensure our basic freedoms.
- Smithsonian Institution:
Explore the world's largest museum complex visiting the National Air and Space Museum, the National History Museum, the National Gallery of Art, and the National Museum of American History.
- Lincoln Memorial:
In remembrance of former President Abraham Lincoln and the great nation he fought to preserve during the Civil War.
- Vietnam Veterans Memorial:
Dedicated to the more than 58,000 men and women killed or missing in Vietnam.
- Korean War Veterans Memorial:
Tribute to the men and women who defended South Korea in the Korean War.
- Return to Hotel:
Day 3 :
Wednesday, January 20
- Inaugural Event: Oath of Office:
Swearing in of the President and Vice President of the United States.
- Inaugural Event: Presidential Inaugural Address:
- Inaugural Event: Parade:
Witness of the pageantry along Pennsylvania Avenue
- Return to hotel:
Day 4 :
Thursday, January 21
- Hotel check-out:
- Ford's Theatre and Petersen House:
(by appointment) Where President Lincoln was shot and later died on that fateful day.
- Jefferson Memorial:
Dedicated to our third president and author of the Declaration of Independence.
- FDR Memorial:
In remembrance of former President Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
- MLK Memorial:
Honors the famous civil rights activist, Martin Luther King, Jr.
- WWII Memorial:
Honors the 16 million who served and 400,000 who died in the U.S. Armed Forces during WWII, and all who supported the war effort from home.
- Dinner and depart Washington D.C. for home:
