This exclusive festival is open to a limited number of accomplished choirs. Attendees will enjoy an exclusive opportunity to travel to Ireland and work with three of today’s most exciting conductor/composers: Mark Armstrong and Michael McGlynn!
Mark Armstrong is one of Ireland’s best known musicians and composers. He has conducted many of Ireland’s top ensembles, including the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland, Irish Youth Wind ensemble, and the National Chamber Choir.
Michael McGlynn is an Irish composer, producer, director, and founder of the vocal ensemble Anúna. His choral works have been commissioned, recorded, and performed by ensembles that include the BBC Singers, Rajaton, the National Youth Choir of Great Britain, Grammy-winning ensembles Conspirare and Phoenix Chorales.
Elite choirs will have the opportunity to join Mark Armstrong and Michael McGlynn for a festival of music and education in the land that inspired many of their works.
