Sample Itinerary

Day 1 Welcome to the Big Apple!
  • Arrive Arrive in New York City and Check into your Manhattan Hotel.
  • Orientation Get your bearings with a brief orientation session and then hit the town! We can help you select the best dinner option for your group.
Day 2 Rehearse and take in a Broadway show
  • Rehearsal Students will spend most of the day in rehearsal. After rehearsal groups are encouraged to take of advantage of staying in midtown Manhattan, and explore the city!
  • Sightseeing We can help you plan your sightseeing excursion!
  • Enjoy a Broadway Show! We can also help you select the best dinner option for your group, but don’t linger too long – tonight you’re going to a Broadway show!
Day 3 Perform at Carnegie Hall
  • Sightseeing You have the morning to get in any last sightseeing activities you haven’t done (China Town, the Highline, the Financial District) before a rigorous afternoon rehearsal, including a sound check at Carnegie Hall.
  • Your package includes admission to your choice of one of the following: the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, the Empire State Building, or Top of the Rock!
  • Performance Time! Tonight is the night: take your seat in the Isaac Stern Auditorium and watch the product of the week’s hard work as your students perform at Carnegie Hall!
Day 4 Goodbye, New York!
  • Depart After a good night's rest, the choice is yours: depart at your leisure, or consider spending an extra day in The Big Apple! Your Festival Program Coordinator can help you arrange the perfect activities for your group to celebrate their performance at Carnegie Hall!
