Our STEM and service tour of Ecuador will begin in Quito, the capital city which was declared a World  Heritage Site by UNESCO for having the best preserved and least altered historic center in Latin America. We will continue on to the Maquipucuna Reserve that harbors a cloud forest and a rainforest. All of our service-learning trips include an appropriate balance of educational components, personal reflection, and purposeful service activities, and on this particular program we will spend the final days researching the diverse plant and animal life in Ecuador.
