French and Spanish Influence

French and Spanish Influence

Separated by a natural border in the Pyrenees Mountains, France and Spain have been everything long-lasting neighbors could be to one another—friend, foe, ally, adversary, companion, and more—and they’ve traded more than a few cultural influences over the years, too. It’s an absorbing challenge to decipher the blend! Incredible capital cities, Paris and Madrid, are ready for your investigation on one of our French and Spanish Influence programs. Make sure to include places like Normandy, Provence, Valencia, and Barcelona for their palaces, cathedrals, and museums.

A chance to soak it all in Quality. Authenticity. It's what our teachers love!

We believe real immersion in a culture makes for a more authentic experience. We want you to eat like the natives do, so we take you to local restaurants. We want you to bunk down right in the center of the action, so we put you in centrally located hotels. All this means more local flavor, and more hours to enjoy it! My daughter loved her trip to France!

Comments about WorldStrides Tours to Spain and France:

I knew from the itinerary that my daughter would have fun. As a parent well aware that terrorists are targeting France, I was more concerned about her safety. In fact, an incident occurred on the day before departure. WorldStrides immediately emailed an assurance that they were in continuing contact with safety and intelligence agencies in both the U.S. and Europe and outlined the steps they were taking to ensure our children's and chaperones' safety. WorldStrides also worked with my family when we had trouble making the final payments for our daughters' trip. I would be very happy for any of my children to travel with WorldStrides again!

I always love Worldstrides! The activities are fantastic, the tour guides are outstanding, and the hotels and restaurants are super. We traveled with Pauline this year, and she was a fantastic guide. The students loved her. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating but kept the tour running smooth as silk!
