Vice President of Customer Support

As Vice President of Customer Support, Jessica oversees a team responsible for assisting parents with any questions or support needed for their child’s travel, including trip registration, payment, financial assistance, and general questions about the K-12 program. Her lifelong passion for travel—and especially India, which she has visited five times—coupled with her love of education, inspired her to seek out the company as an opportunity to bring these interests together and use them to serve others.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in anthropology from Virginia Commonwealth University and has 20 years of professional experience managing customer care strategies for a number of industry-leading companies in the banking, technical services, retail, manufacturing, and public safety sectors.
