Vice President of Process Improvement
Leandra brings a well-honed eye to her executive oversight of WorldStrides’ technology infrastructure and business processes. In addition to continually refining cross-functional processes to improve quality and reduce costs, her long-term goal is to transform the company’s global processes to complement and support WorldStrides’ focus on global expansion. Leandra is also passionate about developing the “people behind the structure” of an empowered IT culture that truly supports and fulfills our brand promise of world-class service. WorldStrides’ educational mission, coupled with Charlottesville’s unique cultural environment, are what brought her to the company.
Prior to joining WorldStrides, she served for 12 years as Senior Director of Client Operations at Asurion. A former NCAA Division I lacrosse player from Lafayette University, she currently enjoys alpine skiing with her husband and two daughters, and training her off-the-track racehorse.
