Head of Customer Experience

Jeff knows that a great customer relationship starts the minute any customer thinks they want to purchase the “experience” and continues throughout and, more importantly, in-between their journeys with you. In his role as Head of Customer Experience, Jeff works across our entire organization as the Voice of our Customers to continually improve our partnership throughout their lifelong journeys of learning through experiential travel. With the breadth and depth of WorldStrides’ individual and group travel experiences, Jeff’s passion for actively listening to our customers ensures that all their journeys exceed our service, safety, quality, and experiential learning commitments.

Prior to WorldStrides, Jeff delivered a wealth of customer-focused results leading the transformation of global client services, supply chain, and information technology teams across multiple consumer products and service companies. He earned both his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Penn State’s acclaimed Supply Chain Management Program. In his most recent roles, Jeff has led transformations in client services and customer fulfillment across multiple education-related companies including Prometric, OnCourse Learning and National Geographic Learning.
