Jeff knows that a great customer experience starts with an inspired team—and a sleek service process to back them up. In his role as Vice President of Customer Support, Jeff works directly with our customer support team to continually improve our service and retention levels through oversight of our customer support managers, service trainers and fulfillment operations. As WorldStrides’ product offerings grow in breadth and diversity, Jeff’s passion for optimizing people, performance and systems will help us continue to provide the service quality and reliability that our customers expect and deserve.
Prior to WorldStrides, Jeff built a wealth of experience focused on transforming client services, supply chain operations, and information technology through his leadership of teams spanning global markets. He earned both his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Penn State’s acclaimed Supply Chain Management Program. In his most recent roles, Jeff has led transformations in client services and fulfillment across multiple education-related companies, including Oncourse Learning and National Geographic Learning.
