DEVELOPING AS A PROFESSIONAL EDUCATOR
A WorldStrides program encourages teachers to engage in their own critical thinking about curriculum development and instruction. From the initial stages of planning for a trip, working with Course Leaders on-trip, and assessing student progress after a trip, teachers develop their own learning. Critical examination and reflective thinking will lead educators to responsible action, cultural awareness, and self-identity in their professional development.
